Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the looklab.in website (the "Service") operated by Nilesh ("LookLab," "we," "us," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

LookLab is an online service where users can upload a photograph to generate visualizations of different hairstyles using our artificial intelligence models.

2. User Content

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of the photographs you upload ("User Content"). We claim no ownership rights.
  • License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant LookLab a limited license to use and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the hairstyle generation Service to you. This license ends when your content is deleted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. You agree not to upload images of any person other than yourself or someone from whom you have explicit consent.

4. Payments

  • Fees: Access to the Service requires payment. The pricing is provided on looklab.in/pricing.
  • Billing: We use Razorpay as our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms.
  • Refunds: If credit usage is less than 10% as per your plan you can request for full refund. If your usage exceeds 10% then no payment will be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), including the LookLab name, logo, and AI technology, are the exclusive property of LookLab.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS." The results are for entertainment purposes and may not be perfectly accurate. We make no warranties regarding the reliability or availability of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LookLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action will be brought in the courts located in Lucknow, India.
